  • Once shipped, transit time typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier operations.
  • The total estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Shipping is free for all orders.
  • Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high-demand periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • All returns require prior authorization from Furniture King.
  • Made-to-order, customized, and special-order items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • For non-defective items returned due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable freight pickup, handling, or logistics fees.
  • For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, Furniture King will arrange and cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping logistics.
